TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.      Definitions

Agreement on the Terms and Conditions (referred to below as „Agreement”) of use of the services and products (referred to below as „Products and Services”) offered by Hobby Park through the website http://www.hobbypark.ro (referred to below as „Website”).

Seller – the company Hobby Park, headquartered in Iasi.

Any person who enters the Website, without having an account on the Website will be referred to as „Visitor”.

Buyer – a person, firm, company or any other legal entity who issues an Order.

Buyers can be individuals or legal entities.

When accessing or using the Website or the Services, you agree and fully accept the stipulations of this Agreement.

2.      Contractual documents

By issuing an electronic or telephonic order, the Buyer agrees with the form of communication (telephone or email) through which the Seller carries out its operations.

Only people who have at least 18 years old can become Buyers. By registering on the Website, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age. This minimum age condition is necessary to ensure that they have the ability and authority to comply with this Agreement.

If the Seller confirms the order, this will imply full acceptance of the terms of the Order. An unconfirmed order does not have the value of a Contract.

3.      The Seller’s obligations

1.      The Seller will use its professional and technical knowledge to achieve the result stipulated in the Order and will deliver the Products and Services that meet the Buyer's requirements, needs and specifications;
2.      b. The information displayed on the Seller's Websites has informative character and may be modified by the Seller without prior notice. Also, for reasons of space and consistency of the information structure, product descriptions may be incomplete, but the Seller makes efforts to present the most relevant information in order for the product to be used in the parameters for which it was purchased;
3.      c. Communicating with the store - it can be done by interacting with it, posting product-related opinions or communicating through the addresses mentioned in the "contact" section. Opinions or appeals containing insulting or inappropriate language will be excluded. The seller has the freedom to manage the information received without having to justify it.

4.      INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Buyer understands the intellectual property right and will not disclose to any third party or make public (via the Internet or media) any of the information received from the Seller.

Also, the name of the Website and the graphics are trademarks of Hobby Park and can not be downloaded, copied or used without the written permission of the owner.

5.      BILLING – PAYMENTS

The price, payment method and payment term are specified in the invoice sent to the Buyer. The Seller will issue to the Buyer a pro-forma invoice for the delivered products. The Buyer's obligation is to provide all the information required to issue the invoice in accordance with the legislation in force.

6.      LIABILITY

The seller will be liable if the subcontractors and / or partners of any kind involved in the execution of the Order do not fulfill any of the contractual obligations.

The Website does not guarantee the accuracy, correctness or actuality of the information or Services provided by the Webite. The Website also does not warrant that computer systems or programs used for displaying or transmitting information on the Website or in any other form do not contain viruses or other destructive code sequences or other destructive properties.

7. APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION

This contract is subject to the Romanian law. According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, amended and supplemented and of Law no. 506/2004 on personal data processing and privacy protection in the electronic communications sector, related to this Website, the personal data you provide to us about you are administered safely and only for the purposes specified by Hobby Park. The purpose of data collection is to create an active account for the use of promotion services, online advertising, advertising, marketing.

Any Visitor or Buyer who sends personal data or information to Hobby Park and expresses explicit and unambiguous agreement for the following: Processing of such data and personal information to conduct market studies or to transmit promotional materials specific to direct marketing operations.

Eventual disputes between the organizer and the campaign participants will be solved through an amiably way or, if this is not possible, the litigations will be settled by the competent Romanian courts.

8. DATA SECURITY

Hobby Park guarantees the confidentiality of data stored in your client account. This information will not be transmitted under any form or reason to any third party. We reserve the right to send newsletters with commercial information about our products and services to the email address of the registration form on the site.

Buyers' access to certain Services and information within the Website is protected by a password. We recommend that you do not disclose this password to anyone. We advise you not to disclose this password to people who ask for it. Furthermore, if possible, you should remember to log out from your Online Services account offered by the Website at the end of each session of their use.

Registration on the Website implies the disclosure of the above-mentioned rights and the agreement that personal data can be used by Hobby Park.
